“The Soap Box” is a  boutique gift store. We will have products for sale in our store as well on-line. In a rare case it may happen that a product is sold from the shop and on-line at the same time. In this case, we shall advise the on-line purchaser as soon as we can to discuss either a special order from our suppliers if the product is still available, or offering an alternative.”

Ordering:

You will automatically be advised when your order has been placed. Our aim is to ship within 24 hrs of receiving the order: If there is a delay for what-ever reason, we shall let you know. Orders received over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.

International:

Yes we do ship our products overseas. Email us at  sales@thesoapbox.co.nz  with your request so we can calculate the cost of freight.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all relevant duties and / or taxes are paid and customs requirements are met.

Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail at sales@thesoapbox.co.nz within three days of receiving your item. Include a photo if the fault is visible. It may be necessary for the item to be returned for assessment - if this is the case we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from a place that is convenient for you. If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge.  

Pricing

  • All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%.
  • The Soapbox reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion, but will notify any customer of this prior to concluding the sale.   

 Payment Options

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars.
  • If overseas, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.  

Security

  • At The Soapbox we use Paypal to process our on-line payments.

Faulty and / or damaged items

Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail at sales@thesoapbox.co.nz within three days of receiving your item. Include a photo if the fault is visible.  It may be necessary for the item to be returned for assessment - if this is the case we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from a place that is convenient for you. Once we have received the item we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion. (If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge.)
